Peanut Banana Yummy and Healthy Pancake Recipes Ingredients;
- One and half cup whole wheat flour
- 2 large eggs
- 4 large ripe bananas
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup smashed peanuts
- 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil for brushing and frying
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Honey syrup
How to Make (Directions);
- In a large bowl, mash 2 bananas.
- Add eggs, milk, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon and sugar.
- Whisk until well dissolved and combined.
- Add whole wheat flour and mix gently with spatula until combined and no lumps.
- Preheat skillet or frying pan on medium-high heat. Important for it to be hot, so oil sizzles when added.
- Swirl and spread a bit of butter or oil to coat the surface.
- Using a 1/3 cup measuring cup, spread batter into the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles start to appear on top.
- Flip and cook another minute or so.
- Serve hot with sliced ripe bananas, sprinkled with smashed peanuts and drizzled with honey syrup.

Raspberry Pancakes Ingredients;
- One and half cup whole wheat flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole fresh or frozen raspberries – half slightly mashed
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil for brushing and frying
How to Make (Directions);
- In a small bowl, slightly mash raspberries with a fork.
- In a large bowl combine greek yogurt, wheat flour, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla
- Mix well until dissolved and combined with no lumps.
- Transfer mixture to a blender along with almond milk, and slightly mashed raspberries.
- Next blend mixture until smooth.
- Lightly grease your preheated skillet.
- Pour 1/3 cup of the pancake batter onto the skillet.
- Allow to cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles begin to form around the edges.
- Flip and allow to cook for 1-2 more minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve with greek yogurt and top with additional raspberries.

- One and half cup whole wheat flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil for brushing and frying
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups blueberries
Instructions on How to Make;
- In a large bowl, place the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and stir to combine until there are no lumps.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, almond milk, half cup yogurt, coconut oil, and vanilla.
- then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined with no lumps.
- Heat a nonstick skillet to medium-low heat and brush lightly with oil.
- Pour the batter into the skillet.
- Cook the pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes, or until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook for 1 to 2 additional minutes.
- Pour leftover greek yogurt on pancake puffs.
- Distribute the blueberries on pancakes.
